(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, a civil servant who is providing any kind of job or service elsewhere after taking prior approval in accordance with clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 48 which existed immediately before the commencement of this section, shall, from the date of commencement of this section, thirty If he submits an application with proof of leaving such job or service within a day, he will not be punished according to this Act.
(2) Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Act, any civil servant who has obtained a permanent residence permit or applied for it before the commencement of this section, surrenders the permanent residence permit obtained by him within sixty days from the date of commencement of this section, or such permit Such an employee will not be punished according to this Act if he submits an application with proof of written request to the concerned country to cancel the application given for receiving.
